Topic: Assistance with pricing and POs changing
|
| By: Guest | Posted on: Jul 29 2026 at 11:15:45 AM | I am new to stock control for our small company and would appreciate your assistance with MiniMRP 5.0.
I have successfully loaded our components, created Purchase Orders (POs), and processed Goods Received Notes (GRNs). I have also started creating assemblies by importing them from Excel.
However, I am unable to see the component costs within the assemblies, even though the components were purchased through the Purchase Orders. Could you please advise how I can ensure the component costs are reflected in the assemblies?
I also require some clarification regarding Purchase Orders where we have already made payment, but the supplier subsequently advised that certain items will not be delivered. How should these cancelled items be handled in MiniMRP, particularly when processing GRNs or closing the Purchase Order?
Your guidance on both of these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The column for the components is not visible at all in the BOM.
or
The column is visible but it's empty
If the column isn't visible then open the BOM and click the little button with the 3 horizontal lines and select the option the 'Show/Hide' columns.
If the column is visible but it's empty then go back to one of the components. Open the detail window (THat's the one where you can edit the item description etc) Click the 'Suppliers' tab. Do you see the supplier name with supplier's price?

Go to the very bottom of the left hand menu bar. Near the backup/restore buttons there's a 'Check/ReSync' button. Click that.
