Topic: Non-Stock line in customer orders

| By: Guest | Posted on: Jun 1 2026 at 05:13:57 AM | In a Customer Order, could you please add a feature where I can add a "non-stock" line, much like I can in Purchase Orders? We sometimes charge for a service such as the repair of the firmware in a unit, or an on-site inspection etc.
But each one of these is bespoke to the requirements of the customer at the time, so I can't add an entry for each one, and even if I could, I wouldn't be able to edit the description to add any note/details.
It would also be useful to use as a way to add further notes to a Customer Order, as we use the bottom notes cell for the delivery address and the notes cell on the left of each item line for estimated/agreed batch delivery dates. | |
