After GRN reconciliation (with possible changes of unit prices and/or quantities) and closure of PO is there any change in the final cost when some prices get updated in the future?

Not sure I understand.
Once an order is crwated and saved the price of items on the order is now static. Any changes to the price of the item outside of that order won't affect the order. The price of item on a purchase order is stored in the order so any future changes to prices of the item doesn't affect the prices of orders that are already placed.
But if the option is selected in setup then the most recent purchase price, when received, will update the actual item price but that still won't affect other orders that are already created or complete.
